As expected, all electricals, speaker wires and ac/htr ducts have been plastered over, so I hope that all location measurements for these (including mine) are accurate..!.
H2B. I'm starting to miss your updates, as your house has been a good guide in measuring our progress and what's in store for us next..!! Based on our progress, and you being around 3 weeks ahead, I can only assume that you must surely have stairs and perhaps cabinets in by now...? Look forward to hearing from you..
Cherubs. After reading your recent entry, I couldn't help but try to look for general squareness and straightness in my walls and ceilings tonight. Far too early to detect any probs (as well as looking under torch light), but will be oh so watchful.

WOW.....Plaster! You must be rapt:-) Looks Great! Yes, I've always wondered about those sticky out bits in the ceiling too, saw it on B&P's, M&M's and T&L's but never asked.....I don't think we are three weeks ahead now, our plastering was cancelled and we bascially lost two weeks due to the electrical stuff having to be re-done after someone cut the wiring and we advised that a few GPO's were missing. When we met with SS last Thursday he said he was back on track. So now I think you've either caught up or overtaken us! Will let you know when we get back on the 5th. Right better get out of this internet cafe and back to our Villa :-)
Plaster on the walls is a big milestone as you can see the definition of the rooms. Awesome! The bits on the ceiling are scrap plaster put in to hold the ceiling sheets in place until the adhesive sets. It means there are less screws in the ceiling. Funny you should mention the location of the cables - I had this feeling of "I hope I've got it right" when I was cutting the walls to pull our cables through. My advice - mark the location of the cables on the floor using a dirty great spray can marker - when the painters come in there will be overspray on your floors, and they will hide your marks if you've done them in pencil. Cheers!
